Art For Earth

Summer Holidays 2025

We focus on the question, “How can we use art to protect the Earth?” We practice how to sustainably create art and explore “How can we use art to connect with diverse people?” This second question builds on our 2024 “Living in Harmony” camp. Being summer, we make full use of being outdoors, go to the lake and on field trips to Kunsthaus, a Graffiti Park and The Enea Tree Museum in Rapperswil.

About Design Thinking
Design thinking refers to the set of cognitive, strategic and practical procedures used by designers in the process of designing, and to the body of knowledge that has been developed about how people reason when engaging with design problems.Design thinking is also associated with prescriptions for the innovation of products and services within business and social contexts.

An iterative, non-linear process, design thinking includes activities such as context analysis, user testing, problem finding and framing, ideation and solution generating, creative thinking, sketching and drawing, prototyping, and evaluating.
